The Ascended Masters portal is coloured silver blue today, as Vishnu steps forward to give this week's free ascension healing. This week's healing is about stepping forward into your power; your personal power, the power in which you make decisions for yourself without outside influence. We can be dependent on what others think or want. Friends and families can be insistent we follow the course they want us to. It takes courage and focus to ignore all what happens around us and stop and ask ourselves, what do we want? And when we know what we want, to proceed.
