Free ascension healing day in the Ascended Masters portal. Jesus stepped forward as the sole Master for today's session - and then behind him I see hundreds of yellow ray angels. All bathed in the softest of yellow glows.  Today's healing session was around light and dark. Not a topic we all enjoy, but negative energy resides in all of us. We create karma daily with our words, thoughts and actions. We all have negative thoughts, say negative things. Negativity or darkness resides within us regardless of whether we want to address it or not. Most of this negativity is supported by our patterns of behaviour. So today Jesus and his angelic team were working to lessen the dark and increase the light. They did this by bringing in joy, infusing joy into each person. Joy is a unique form of light. They stood in a triangle in the portal and each person who is on the free healing list was placed in the centre of the triangle to receive a threefold healing approach.
