The 5 Personal Rays of Incarnation, Ascension and the Aura

The study of the rays has been undertaken by many – Alice Bailey and Elizabeth Prophet spring to mind – both providing contradictory information. There is a plethora of information available on the internet, again all contradictory and for the most part supporting either Bailey or Prophet. Amongst all this confusion, we here at the Ascended Masters portal because of the Masters work with the rays, have undertaken an empirical study of the rays. We have also been assisted in understanding what we see, by the Masters themselves, but most comforting of all the evidence of our own 3rd eyes and studies. We are becoming aware of the enormity of this topic. So here we present a little of what we have discovered through personal observation and from the Masters teachings.

There are 7 rays of incarnation. When we incarnate into each life, we incarnate on 5 rays. We incarnate on these specific rays for the lessons we are here to learn and the perfection we need to attain within that ray. The Masters have taught those of us here at their portal in new Zealand, where to look in the aura for these 5 rays and how to identify them.

Each ray has a soul purpose and attributes. Our ascension occurs when we have achieved mastery in all the rays for example - when we bow to God's will not ours (1st ray) when we have lightness of Being and live in joy (2nd ray) when we have unconditional love (3rd ray) when we are in harmony with ourselves and others (4th ray) when we honour the truth of others and our own (5th ray) when we live in devotion to the God within ourselves - our Christ Light and the Christ Light of all (6th ray) and when we can transmute and create change not only with ourselves but also in others and mastered the double edge sword of this power (7th ray).

The major ray we incarnate on is our soul ray. This is also the ray of our Ascended Master teacher if we have one. Not only do we incarnate on a soul ray, but we also incarnate on 4 other rays as well - and these govern our personality. So the 5 rays are (1) our soul ray (this is the ray also of our Ascended Master teacher and the most important ray) (2) personality ray (3) mental body (4) emotional body ray (5) physical body ray. So in effect every single person on the planet is working on 5 rays each life time in a bid for Mastery of the rays and so Ascension.

But then on the other side, most of those of us on the planet today are not in our last lives and have not already Mastered 6 of the 7 rays. And so continue to incarnate life after life on the rays, slowly mastering these rays, but also creating karma which holds us in place and indicates what we have not learnt.

The colours of the rays are - 1st ray – blue and its variations. The 2nd ray is yellow and its variations but not gold. The 3rd ray is pink and all its variations, the 4th ray is white in all its variations, the 5th ray is green and orange in all their variations, the 6th ray is purple, gold and ruby and all the variations and the 7th ray is violet in all its variations. For those rays that have more than one colour within them, a person will incarnate on one aspect of the ray. For example a person of the 6th ray may have a ruby soul ray colour – not a ruby, gold and purple soul colour.

We have made a study of variations of colour within the rays. For the soul ray, we have found variations in colour correspond to the Ascended Master teacher, for example, in the 3rd ray, the pink ray, if Mary Magdalene is your teacher you will have magenta as your soul colour, whereas if you have Kuan Yin, then your colour is more a fushia pink. Variations occur slightly from person to person, such as brightness and luminosity, but the general rule applies.

By knowing our 5 rays of incarnation, we understand ourselves and our lives in a clearer way.

These colours manifest in our aura. No one has just one colour to their aura. The aura is a multi layered, multi coloured blend of rays and bodies. The emotional body colours are ever changing and can’t be described as one colour, for example, lying introduces maroon to the aura. But that’s another study completely.

Just to clarify, when I write "we incarnate on 5 rays" - this in many cases does not mean 5 different rays. Each of the 5 rays we incarnate on are drawn from any of the 7 rays. I for example am a 1st ray soul, a 1st ray personality, a 3rd ray mental body, a 1st ray emotional body and a 6th ray physical body. 1.1.3.1.6.

This means I am in this life working towards Mastery of the 1st ray on a soul, personality and emotional level. And mastery of the 3rd ray on an emotional level and mastery of the 6th ray on a physical level.

The Masters continue to teach through observation and sight. In the one day, one of the women here was shown 8 people, all 4th rays souls, the white ray (harmony through conflict) - and they were 4th ray for soul, personality, mental, emotional and physical bodies. 4.4.4.4.4. From this we concluded these 8 souls are seeking to Masters the 4th ray in all aspects.

We have observations to add.

1. a person can change soul rays through their life time. This is a gradual process as the new ray slowly starts to replace the original ray. This change takes several years. We have found the change goes either on the odd rays or the even. For example - 7th ray becomes 5th, 5th becomes 3rd or 6th becomes 4th, 4th becomes 2nd. We have never seen the reverse.

2. a person can incarnate on more than one aspect of the ray. For example the 5th and 6th rays have aspects that are shown by colour. The 5th ray has orange and green aspects, and the 6th ruby, purple and gold aspects. Normally a person incarnates on one aspect of the ray, but some may incarnate on more than one aspect ie green and orange of the 5th ray and so have more than one soul colour.

Identify your Ascended Master?

The Ascended Masters appear to people in their meditations from time to time. I’m often asked who they saw if they didn’t get a name, and it can be hard to determine who is who, and searching google images can come up with unsatisfying and conflicting results, and often the images are incorrect. Archangel Michael actually has black hair, not the blonde he’s often depicted with. And then again, the Masters can take on the image of various past lives they have had – just to confuse us - St Germain can appear as himself, or as he was as Merlin. El Morya can appear as himself or as he was as Abraham – nothing is as it seems. It all can be quite mystifying and confusing

Below I’ve started to combine a list of those who stand out as different, have interesting features, are commonly seen or have identified their name and form to me. I will continue to update this list.

Physical appearance of the Ascended Masters.

Abraham – an incarnation of El Morya. He wears a white robe and has piercing blue eyes. His skin is deeply tanned making the eyes stand out even more.

Amaterasu – is the Japanese Shinto goddess of the sun – she has Japanese features, her hair has ornaments and is adorned. She wears an elaborate Japanese Kimono. Don’t confuse her with White Tara who has finer features. A 2nd ray Master.

Amen Bey - He is tall, thin, a number two haircut, a thin chiselled face, and Aquamarine eyes with a black rim on the iris. Almond shaped eyes. He is holding a rapier sword and wears a black waisted coat that swings rather like a twirling dervish coat. A 4th ray Master.

Anubis – Egyptian god of the underworld - he appears in 2 ways either as a man with the black head of a jackal – or as a young Egyptian man with no shirt and a white loin cloth. His features are handsome, he has dark hair and dark eyes. He can also give an image or feeling of teeth to announce his presence.

Archangel Michael – black hair, shoulder length. Muscular. A 1st ray archangel.

Archangel Raphael - he has dark hair, with a fringe. His eyes are a startling mid blue. He wears a short tunic. His wings are pearlescent white. He is bigger than Michael in height and more muscular. He is the Archangel of the 5th ray.

Chananda – asian Indian, dark skinned, short, black eyes, cowlick on the front of his hair so hair stands up, barrel chest

Cha Ara - He is Ascended in the middle east. His skin is olive, like those from the middle east. His nose is his distinguishable feature in that it droops at the tip, and is wide. His dark hair is about 3 inches all over. He looks about 21. He is full of energy, and rather likes himself. He can be seen wearing Ali Baba type red pants and a very white shirt. Or he can appear in leather jacket and jeans. If he was in body today, he'd be into music, and dance. He is fun. A 5th ray Master.

Dom Ignacio – he usually wears black habit, but he does wear red on occasion, especially when healing. He is a short with balding black hair. A 3rd ray soul.

Elijah – see St John the Baptist.

El Morya – he often appears in a black, Prussian blue or white robe. He wears a white turban - sometimes with a bright blue sapphire that is surrounded by black diamonds in the front. He also wears a rectangle shaped sapphire ring, surrounded by black diamonds. His eyes are dark brown/black, but he can appear with blue eyes when he is taking on his Abraham persona. His cheek bones are high, his hair black, he wears a short beard. The Chohan of the 1st ray. His energy feels like peace, balance and support - a revered teacher.

Freya – Norse goddess of love, yellow ray, yellow blonde hair, plaited. She wears a white dress with red ribbons hanging from it. A 2nd ray Master.

Gatauma Buddha – dark hair with red in it. Tall, slight frame

Ganesh – has blonde hair, blue eyes, a handsome face though scarred on one side. A 5th ray Master.

Hathor - shoulder length straight black hair, fringe. Dripping in jewels - bracelets, collar, hair adornment, rings. Her dress is long and apricot coloured. Not to be confused with Isis and Hathor who look similar. A 6th ray Master.

Hilarion – he has shoulder length auburn wavy hair, pulled back off his face. He has a wide face and high cheek bones. His face is open and friendly. He wears a forest green long robe, with some orange detail in it. He can appear in an orange robe. His eyes are blue brown. Chohan of the 5rth ray.

Hine-nui-te-po - The Maori goddess of the Underworld. Her hair is white and wild - like the wind is blowing through it, and her skin dark. Her blue eyes look intense. She is a vast being, and very heart driven.

Inanna- sumerian goddess of war and love - She is a 4th ray Master. Her aura is pure white with silver edges. She has long dark hair and her skin is olive, her eyes are a stunning green. She wears a gold band around her forehead with a gold drop over the third eye. Around her neck is a gold torque necklace. She is wearing a long white dress, no sleeves.

Isis – appears with straight black hair to her shoulder, a fringe across the top of her eyes. She wears a gold floor length dress, with a belt at the waist. Around her neck is an enamelled fan shape necklace of blue, green, yellow and red(ruby). Refined, ethereal quality to her energy. A 6th ray Master.

Isolde – garland of flowers in her blonde hair, which has thin plaits falling down her face from her forehead.

Jesus – Jesus likes to change his appearance. He can have dark hair and dark eyes – or he can have the light brown hair version. He never has a beard; he is either clean shaven or has a designer stubble. He does have high cheek bones, which can produce a slight concave look to the cheeks.

Krishna – black hair, young, refined and delicate features. Not to be confused with Babaji of the Yogananda lineage who is still in body.

Kuan-ti – warrior dress – not as fierce as Susan’oo.

Kuan Yin -Kuan Yin gives the impression of activity. Her long dark hair is pulled back in a waist length plait. She is petite. She is a 3rd ray Master.

Kuthumi - his eyes can appear a little crazed and unfocused. Blue eyes, wavy light hair. A beard.

Lady Nada – Nada is often painted with blonde hair – but her hair is dark. It can appear to be blonde because of the light shinning off her. Her last life was in India. She has soft feminine Indian features and light olive skin colour. Her eyes are blue.she is a 6th ray Master with 4th ray affinity.

Lao Tze – often wears loose pants and tank top, or a martial arts outfit. He wears his hair tied back and plaited, he is slightly balding on top. Don't confuse him with Lord Lanto who usually wears a scull cap. Lao Tze has bubbling, happy energy. He is a 2nd ray Master.

Lord Lanto - If he was to present himself to you, he would appear with Asian features, reminiscent of his last life in China. He wears a Manchurian jacket and pants, with a black skull cap. He calls it modern dress. He wears his hair tied back and long. He is Chohan of the 2nd ray.

Lord Ling - see Moses

Ma’at – shoulder length straight black hair, fringe. Jewelled ribbons hanging at the front of her hair, she wears white all the time. She is full figured. she is a 3rd ray Master.

Maha Chohan – he can appear with and without his turban - he sometimes wears a ruby in the front of the turban - he often produces a rainbow around himself to let you know its him. He has dark hair and dark eyes. He has a slight build.

Mary Magdalene - dark hair, round face, wide set eyes.

Melchizedek – appears in 2 forms – one as a young handsome man with long waist length white hair and clean shaven– or in his most common form as an old man with long white hair and a long white beard – he can appear decrepit. He wears a white robe. He is a 1st ray Master though his order is 7th ray.

Moses – big man, he has a barrel chest, caftan type robe with a v neck, shoulder length brown hair, a wiry beard. A 1st ray Master. He ascended as Lord Ling, but often appears in his Moses form.

Mother Mary - she has a slight build, petite, ethereal, dark hair. A 3rd ray Master.

Pallas Athena – she can appear on a white horse, she wears a long purple cape with a roll collar. Her nose is straight, her hair is long and dark, she often wears it with 2 plaits on the side of her head, pulled to the back of her head in a ponytail. Her eyes are violet towards blue. Quite stunning. She is tall - about 6', and her muscles are sculptured. She looks like she could be into body building. She is a 6th ray Master. As seen in her aura colors of purple and gold.

Paul, the Venetian – is a slight short man, strawberry blonde hair and a trimmed beard. He often wears a velvet suit. Chohan of the 3rd ray.

Portia (Lady Portia) – dark hair, blue eyes, plaited hair at side, veil with a roll that falls from top of head and flows down her back. A 6th ray Master.

Ptah – he carries a sword, wears black, tight fitting jacket with a long skirt. Under the jacket he shows me the wings of the solar disc – a creator god. His aura colours are a soft luminescent pale green. His eyes are almond shape and a light golden brown. He is similar to Amen Bey – but is much shorter and of more solid build. A 5th ray Master.

Ra-mun – he appears as an Egyptian god – false wings, a birds beak on this head. 7th ray Master.

Quetzalcoatl – aura of ruby and white. Dark hair with a red shine to it, shoulder length and parted in the middle, may have bunches to the side. He wears a collar of gold studded with turquoise which covers his shoulders and goes down onto his chest. A 6th ray Master.

Ra-mun – he appears as an Egyptian god – false wings, a birds beak on this head. 7th ray Master.

St Anthony of Padua - He has curly red/copper hair - which in that type of haircut never sits well, and looks a bit dishevelled. But he says he wasn't interested in how he looked, so it didn't matter to him. From my experience it appears those he is with, are those who have shared a past life with him. 5th ray Master.

St Germain – he has a well kept moustache, light brown hair. He wears a violet/purple coloured cape. He is well dressed with lace at the neck of his shirt (like in his days at the royal courts) and sometimes a sword on his hip. a 7th ray Master.

St John, the Baptist – he wears a mid blue robe, it has a black and white plaited belt. His hair is brown worn off his face, above his shoulder. His eyebrows are bushy. He has a mole on his left cheek. He can sometimes appear as Elijah, this was the life he made his ascension in – Elijah has a barrel chest, auburn hair and beard.

Sanat Kumara – bald head, open face, short.

Serapis Bey – he always wears a white robe, sometimes there is a hood. Dark hair. Chohan of the 4th ray.

Sititapatra - the goddess of the white parasol. This ancient goddess was the Ascended Master teacher of Gautama Buddha. She wears a ruby red dress and carries a white parasol.

Shiva – dark hair, long, back off his face, dark eyes, white loose top and pants, translucent skin, refined features, slender build.

Susan'oo – the Japanese summer storm god - he has almond shaped eyes, and winged eyebrows, a feature in themselves. He looks like he is from another planet - his eyes don't quite fit into our parameters. Stern and fierce. A 5th ray Master.

Thomas Merton – short, monk robe, dark, balding, middle aged. A 1st ray Master.

Ti – ancient Chinese supreme deity – red silk mandarin colour robe, long hair plaited very finely and pulled back of face, eyes that tilt up. Refined features.

Tsukuyomi - the Japanese Shinto god of the moon . To look at he has a barrel chest and straight eye brows, his hair black and face plump and full. He appears kindly in expression.

Vesta – dark hair tied back and twisted in the ancient roman fashion. A 3rd ray Master.

Vishnu – asian Indian features – broad face, facial hair around mouth, long dark hair – top half pulled up into a top knot, bottom half are curling tresses, not quite ringlets, thick eye brows. A bigger build than Shiva.

Yogananda – wavy dark hair, long, parted in the middle.

White Tara – gold adornments in her artfully arranged hair, very refined face.

The Protectors among the Ascended Masters

The main reason the Ascended Masters walk with us is to help us in our ascension process – for they have walked where we now walk. But also like big brothers and sisters they also extend a helping hand – they serve. For some Masters they may serve by healing, or teaching – but for a very few, they serve by being protectors of humanity.

The best known protector is Archangel Michael. He wields his sword in the battle between light and dark. But there are many ways humanity needs protection, there are many personal battles fought – from the play ground, to the work place and sadly even in the home.

The Ascended Master Amen Bey stepped forward as I sat in front of my laptop wondering what topic to write on, to remind me he was one of the Protectors – and few knew to call upon him and his peers when they need help.

The Masters never interfere in your life lessons, but they can give you moments to catch your breath, to stop for a moment, to regroup and to “know” how to proceed. And of course, they can do the entire light/dark protection thing if that’s what you need, till you learn to fight your own battles.

So let’s meet a few of these Protectors.

Amen Bey

Amen Bey is a 4th ray Master. He is tall, thin, a number two haircut, a thin chiselled face, and Aquamarine eyes with a black rim on the iris. Almond shaped eyes. He carries a rapier sword and wears a black waisted coat that swings rather like a whirling dervish coat. His aura is clear at the centre, leading to white in the middle, with an edge merging from soft apricot to burnt orange.

Ptah
Ptah is a 5th ray Master. His aura is a pale luminescent aquamarine colour. He looks very similar to Amen Bey, but he is shorter and stockier in build. He carries a sword, wears black, tight fitting jacket. Under the jacket he shows me the wings of the solar disc – a creator god. His eyes are almond shape and a light golden brown.

Archangel Michael

Archangel Michael is the best know of Archangels. He is the Archangel of the first ray, the blue ray of God’s will and power. His blue sword flames with the blue flame of the ray destroying and transmuting any negative vibration. This sword was given to him by the Elohim of the first ray – Hercules. He works tirelessly with his legion of Blue Ray angels to protect the souls of humanity. Archangel Michael’s aura colour is a light cornflower blue. He has black hair, shoulder length.

Sitatapatra – the goddess of the White Parasol

This is an ancient goddess; she was one of the Ascended Masters who stood with Gautama Buddha in his ascension life. She is not well known in the western world. If she appears she is wearing a ruby red dress and carries a white parasol. She is a goddess of great beauty, and yet she is known to be a terrifying fire goddess of great power. She battles demons, entities and the dark forces. She is also a healer and a goddess of prosperity. Her aura has a clear centre leading out to white then a ruby band and then a white band again.

If you feel you need protection in your life, whether it is in on the physical planes or other planes, call on one or some of these Masters for help. They will hear your call.

The Cosmic Master Ganesh

The Hindu god Ganesh, is a 5th ray Cosmic Master. The 5th ray is the green and orange ray of healing, truth and knowledge.

Ganesh is standing forward at this time as one of the major healers among the Ascended and Cosmic Masters. We all know him in his standard role as the remover of obstacles, and of his association with learning and knowledge. Now in these days of Ascension, and with the Ascended Masters portal in New Zealand nearly complete he wants to reach out to all of humanity and especially his chelas - those still in the process of ascension, who he has taken on as his pupils.

In the Ascended Masters portal, here in New Zealand, Ganesh showed me the elephant face is a mask. He moved it to reveal the true persona beneath. His hair is blonde and shoulder length, his eyes blue and his skin fair. He has a young, handsome face. He turned his head and showed me a face burnt and scarred on the left side.

With research on the internet I discovered one of the stories about his elephant mask. When Ganesh was born, his mother, Parvati, presented her new baby to the other gods. The god Shani looked at him with the evil eye, burning the side of the babies face. The god Vishnu is said to have given Ganesh the mask of the elephant head.

He is the only Master I know of to keep a physical imperfection beyond their ascension.

Ganesh told me humanity doesn't like imperfection - they would rather create a mask than see the truth. He tells me he is working with humanity, to heal our inner scarring - those deep emotional scars that linger on from life to life and restrict us in our lives on so many levels.

As a Cosmic Master his energy is very focused and contained - this containment makes his energy feel very powerful and yet it is also gentle. The love and compassion he feels for humanity very evident.

He is working at this time with the goddess Lakshmi, the goddess of prosperity.

His aura is a pale milky blue/green leading into white and then a mid blue edge.

What are the differences between Guides and Ascended Masters?

Every person alive today has a guide. No one walks alone. We might feel we do, but we all have a guide with us.

Guides are usually with us due to family, past life or karmic links.

There are several types of guides and they all have different functions. There are the guides with whom we have family ties. They are there to help us within the context of our family relationships.

Then there are the past life guides. They are called to be our guides because of relationships in a past life and karmic links. They are there to help with personality, emotional and mental issues, such as anger, self faith or any of those countless issues we never resolve life after life.

Then there are the higher spiritual teacher guides. These higher guides still need to come back into body, they are still on the cycle of rebirth, but they are old souls and are drawn to act as teachers because of karmic and past life connections. Higher guides come and go. They rarely stay a life time with one person though it is not impossible. They are there to work with our life lessons and spiritual development.

Guides are still on the cycle of rebirth - Ascended Masters are not, karma no longer draws the Masters back into body. They have ascended. Guides have not ascended.

The Ascended Masters are here for one reason and one reason only - to help humanity in their ascension process.

They have walked the path of Ascension and still do. Their service is to help humanity in their ascension process. Ascension is the raising of our vibration and therefore our consciousness.

Everyone incarnates on one of 7 rays. Prior to incarnation you are assigned a team of angels and Masters. This team will assess when you are ready for the Ascended Master teacher to start to walk beside you. For some this never happens in their present lifetime, and for others the Master walks with them from birth, and for others the Master comes later in life. The Masters are there to teach and guide you in the raising of your consciousness and your vibration - in other words Ascension.

These are the times of Ascension. That is why so many more Ascended Masters are stepping forward to be identified. That is why so many of you have an Ascended Master with you.

Also some of you have heart connections with the Masters from previous lives, and this soul call brings the Masters in closer. A good example of this is Jesus, Mother Mary and Buddha. Many have had lives as devotees -nuns, monks, priests - in which lives have been devoted in worship and adoration to one particular Master. The soul remembers this and once in body again, the soul calls to the Master. This heart connection brings the Master in closer, regardless of the ray the person incarnates on or the team assigned to them. This heart connection from previous lives often causes the person to reject their current teacher, allowing no heart connection in this life to be formed.

But remember, ascension is about becoming your own Master; it's about the ascension into your own Christ. When you are ready to start the Ascension into your own Christ, that's when the Master will appear before you, having walked the path you are now walking, ready to show you the way. There a thousands upon thousands of Masters who have ascended. Your Master is chosen for you because they are best suited to assist in your Ascension process. Some of you will have a series of Masters come and go, till your true teacher appears.

To recap, the differences between an Ascended Master and a Guide are;

1. Everyone has a guide, but not everyone has a Master with them.

2. Karma, past life and family links are the criteria for the attraction of a guide to you. Whereas an Ascended Master is chosen for a person according to their ascension needs, lessons and their ray of incarnation.

3. Guides are still on the cycle of rebirth, Ascended Masters are not, they have ascended beyond the pull back into body.

4. Ascended Masters are only concerned about helping humanity ascend. Guides are here to help in all other matters.

Finding your perfect path - a technique from Sanat Kumara

All of us come to a crossroad in our lives at some time in our life, when we don’t know what direction to take – or we feel we are walking in circles and getting nowhere.

At one of these times, when I felt my life was on hold, and I was feeling lost, the Cosmic Master, Sanat Kumara gave me this technique to use to find my way. He called it “Walking my perfect divine path”. The path of your soul purpose, the path that is divinely created with a higher purpose. I now use this technique whenever I have decision of importance to make, and weekly take a look at my perfect path to check I’m still on it.

Go into a meditative state.
Take your awareness to your crown chakra.
Then move your awareness to about 6” above your crown.

Ask to see the direction of your perfect divine path.

I usually see a light. If it is straight ahead, I know I am on my perfect path – if the light is to the right or left, then I orient all my energy towards the light. This is an external light, and different to your internal light.

I check my path every week.

If you have a decision to make -
Take a step into the future and see yourself having made your decision with option A. Are you still on the perfect path or has the orientation changed? Try option B of your decision how does that choice affect your orientation to your perfect path.

An easy technique to use for any decision.

When I teach this technique someone in the group always says they see light all around them and someone else says but I’m light anyway.

To both these statements Sanat Kumara suggests they look beyond themselves. For it is a direction and a purpose we are seeking and the light is a guide standing in front of us saying this is the perfect path, I am here for you, to light your way.

Connect with your Ascended Master using the Torus

I get many requests from people asking how they can connect on a deeper level with their Ascended Master and Teacher.

My standard response is open your heart to the Master, because when your heart is open to them they can come closer. But there is another way - The Torus connection technique.

Sanat Kumara gave me this technique many years ago, around 1999 or 2000 and I teach it at nearly all my workshops. The Torus technique is easy but takes some instruction and explanation.

You are a multidimensional spiritual Being having a physical experience. We forget this - we think we are a limited person in a physical body - when truly we are much much more. The torus can be a vehicle for you to explore more of your multi-dimensional Divine self.

A torus is a contained and constructed unit of energy.

It looks like a ring donut. It holds energy from all the dimensions and all the planes – it exists through all time and space. The energy within the Torus cannot escape outwards – it is its own “ring pass not”.

It is within this contained unit that a group can work together – through all time, space, dimensions, planes and realities – in balanced vibrational harmony. Nothing can enter the torus that is not invited, so it is a safe place to talk to your Ascended Master.

Here I will teach you how to create your own personal torus and a group torus with your guides and Ascended Master. Much is written about the Torus, so I leave the Maths and esoteric knowledge to those who are more eloquent than me; suffice to say it’s a very intriguing form.

How to connect to your Ascended Master using a Torus

You are going to connect 3 aspects of yourself so they form a Torus – your Divine Mind, you Sacred Heart, and your Soul.

Start a meditative breathe – with the intention of connecting with your Ascended Master.

Take your attention to your body – be aware of it – now move your awareness to the pineal gland in the centre of your head once there take you awareness a centimetre to ½ an inch above the pineal. This is the Divine Mind. You have just slipped from physical awareness to spiritual awareness. Sit in that space for as long as you like. It’s a good place to meditate.

But for our purposes we move on, you will see a silver cord appear in the Divine mind – this will drop to the Sacred Heart. It can’t go anywhere else. So with your awareness, follow the cord to the Sacred Heart. And for those of you who went into "I don't see mode", do you get a sense of feeling heavy, go with the heavy dropping feeling - it will take you to the Sacred Heart. You might like to meditate in the Sacred Heart another time.

Now become aware of another silver cord, this one from the Sacred Heart is connected to your Soul. Follow the silver cord to your Soul. You might like to meditate there at another time. And from there another silver cord connects back to the Divine Mind.

So in effect you have created a Torus (a ring) of energy connecting the Divine Mind – Sacred Heart – Soul. Sit in the energy. Follow the energy flow through the 3 centres a few times. You have connected your awareness to some of your highest levels of consciousness. Everything you receive will come in at its highest potential – from the Divine Mind, Sacred Heart and Soul.

Just as you have created your own Torus, the Masters all live on their own Torus – always in touch with their highest consciousness.

Now to communicate with the Masters you are going to create another Torus with the Masters – a Group Torus.

While still on your own Torus of Divine Mind, Sacred Heart and Soul ask your Ascended Master to step forward so you may connect with them on a deeper level and even communicate with them. Then seeing, feeling, knowing or just hoping they are before you - connect to your Divine Mind and see a silver cord connect to the Masters Divine Mind – move to your Sacred Heart and see a silver cord connect from your Sacred Heart to their Sacred Heart – move to your Soul and see a silver thread go from your Soul to their Soul. The Master in turn will be doing the same back to you.

A group Torus of two has been created. Feel the flow of energy coming along the Masters silver cord to you, try to match the vibration. In most cases the Master will alter their vibration to make the connection more comfortable for you. But it is good to try.

Now sit in meditation with the Master and allow the Ascended Masters energies flow into you. When you are ready, you may receive teachings or direction. But in most cases the Master will take this opportunity to give healing and work with you on higher levels. You are completely contained within the Torus and protected. Nothing else can enter the exchange that isn’t invited.

You can invite as many as you like onto a group torus - excellent for a meditation group or healing group to use. This diagram gives a pictorial idea of how it would work - you can see the formation of the bigger torus. A unity consciousness or group consciousness forms, perfect for a group working on the same project ie earth healing, for they then work as a single unit.

Enjoy your Torus – and I suggest everyone begin each meditation with this practice – it brings a greater sense of peace and balance to the experience.

Ascended Master Newbies

There are two new Ascended Masters that I have become aware of over the last year – Thomas Merton and Lady Kristine.

Both these new Masters completed their last lives in the last 45 years, having nullified their karma and passing the 5th initiation.

Thomas Merton’s life was well recorded and many books written on him, but Lady Kristine was little known, a fact I find rather comforting. We don’t need to make a splash in the world to ascend.

Thomas Merton was a mystic and an intellectual. He wrote many well received books during his life time as a Trappist monk at the Abbey of Gethsemane in Kentucky, America. The best known is the Seven Story Mountain. His books on spirituality and social justice drew in a wide range of supporters, one being the Dalai Llama. In his later years he became a recluse in the monastery, giving more of his life in devotion to God – he died in 1968.

Thomas Merton is a first ray Master, the blue ray of Gods Will and Power. His aura is a light blue centre, fading out to a mid blue with a violet overlay on the outer blue. The power of the first ray is very evident in his energy. Thomas has taken on the role in the Ascended Masters portal as guide and door keeper. His innate inner power is needed in this position as he mixes with some of the vast Cosmic Beings who work in the portal.

Lady Kristine, in her last incarnation, was believed to be Florence Miller, a little known office worker in America. She says of herself, her reception area was next to a chapel and she would spend hours there in devotion to God. She died in the late 1970’s. In a previous life she was St Therese of Avila, a Carmelite nun, who also found bliss in devotion to God.

Lady Kristine is a very soft and gentle being. Her devotion to God is one of her foundation stones. Her aura is the softest of pinks at the centre, leading out to a darker pale pink at the edge. She is a third ray Master, the pink ray of unconditional love. She presents herself as demure, eyes cast down, blonde hair pulled back with a thin headband. Her energy is heart centred, radiating love. Her strength comes not from her inner being but from her love and devotion to God. She is too young as a master to have her own chelas, but she is offering herself to healers to work with them. Call upon her if you want gentle love in your healing room – or in your life and your meditations. Connect with her and get to know her. She offers herself in service to humanity.

Ancestral Healing and Cellular Memory

We are all spiritual beings having a physical experience. Our physical experience is made possible by the bodies we inhabit during our many lifetimes.

The physical bodies our souls come into are a product of our ancestral lineage – not only in terms of the genetics that creates the body but also in terms of the cellular memory each body stores. When we incarnate, we come into an impure vessel.

In our life times, we dump into our cellular memory some of our emotional and mental pain and suffering, our thought patterns (positive and negative), our beliefs, and our limitations. This memory in the cells is passed on to future generations.We in turn are affected by the cellular memory of our ancestors.

This inherited cellular memory places inherited limitations on us, which we take on as our own. Ancestral cellular memory can inhibit our lives, our emotions, our thought patterns and our beliefs. Common examples of ancestral cellular memory that can affect us negatively are anger and abuse.

Not that we enter the body as pure beings ourselves – for the spiritual being entering the body brings with it their own dross and karma from previous lives, this is retained in our chakras.

As part of our ascension we need to heal our ancestral line to release ourselves from the effects of our inherited cellular memory. Ancestral healing helps us to remove these patterns, beliefs, thought processes and limitations that are not of our own making.

There is also a bigger picture – think of the countless lives you have had in body. Into each body you inhabited you also dumped your fears and pain and created your own cellular memory, and this cellular memory was in turn passed onto the descendants of that physical body. So people in China, Egypt, India or wherever, are having to deal with the mess you dumped into the cellular memory of the bodies you inhabited in your previous lives.

So spare a thought for your descendants – in this life you too are creating cellular memory, let it be positive and affirming memory's that will enhance the future lives of your descendants of this physical body. Let your cellular memory be positive memory.

And to extend the picture even further, in healing your ancestral cellular memory – you are also helping those souls who inhabited your ancestors bodies, and who now are in another body having another life.

To facilitate ancestral healing the Ascended Masters have initiated an Ancestral healing through Art workshop.

Your Ascended Master imprints into canvas all the healing for your inherited cellular memory. You then extract this healing energy into your cells as you paint. Transference of energy occurs, healing goes in, and dross comes out. The Masters transmute the dross you send into the canvas. As you paint, I facilitate in the release of any blockages and share some of the outgoing stored cellular memory with you. Healing continues for several weeks in the cells.

Why do I need to be Spiritually Grounded?

I have been told for most of my life, I’m not grounded. I used countless techniques, ate grounding foods, and still I was only about 60% in my body. And I wasn’t alone – many of my spiritual friends on the path of Ascension were having the same difficulties.

So what’s the point? Why do we need to be grounded in these times of rapid Ascension?

We are spiritual Beings having a physical experience called “Life”. If we aren’t grounded, Life occurs around us, and for much of it we aren’t present. We are missing out on the Life we are here to live. We miss words of importance spoken, we miss connections with people of importance, we miss the lessons we came here to learn and for the most part this means our soul purpose – the reason we are in this life – can go unfinished, or we can proceed without all the tools we need to complete it. If we fail to learn our lessons and complete our soul purpose in this life then we are sure to be reborn for another attempt.

So why are we ungrounded? Why isn’t being present easy, if that’s why we are here?

Just because we are here doesn’t mean we want to be here. There is a lot of pain in these lives we live – and being ungrounded is a way of not being present, of not having to deal with Life. Also in these modern times, with so much technology and city living there is a disconnection from the land and nature – one of the elements that contribute to grounding.

So what are the benefits of being grounded?

Food tastes better - colours are brighter - our engagement with those around us deepens our life experiences - our emotional bodies are more in balance and we are less affected by energies around us. Plus the big benefits – we are more present in the Now, and we are better equipped to fulfill our soul purpose.

With being still only 60% in my body on the best of days, after practicing numerous techniques, I was excited at the advent of a grounding oil. The Maha Chohan and the 7 Chohans recognising a need in humanity for assistance in this area, manifested in the Ascended Masters portal in New Zealand an oil specifically for grounding. I'm a First Ray Soul - What does this mean?

There are 7 rays of incarnation. Our soul incarnates into body on one of these 7 rays. These rays give us the attributes we need to fulfil our soul purpose, and to help us attain the qualities of the ray. We manifest on different rays through all our incarnations.

Each of the seven rays has a group of Ascended Masters connected to each of these rays. The Ascended Masters who work on these 7 rays, work with the attributes and principles attributed to each ray.

Here we look at the First Ray of incarnation.

The First Ray is the blue ray. If you are a blue ray soul then you have blue around your crown chakra. The first ray has the purpose of being the ray which manifests the Will and Power of God. The Chohan of the ray, a single Ascended Master focuses the Christ Consciousness of the ray. The Chohan of the blue ray is El Morya.

If you are a first ray soul then you will possess some of the positive and negative attributes of the ray.

Positive attributes are: a strong will, innate sense of inner power, a sense of purpose, focus, an initiator, a leader, detachment and courage. The negative attributes are pride, ego, a loner or self isolated, arrogance, willfulness, extreme ambition, a destroyer, impatience, hardness and control issues.

There are many Ascended Masters working on the 1st ray - most of them are men. One of these Masters will be assigned to you to act as teacher and guide. Your Master can change through your life time. You can also be assigned to Masters working on other rays, for higher learning or if you are working on some aspect of your personality, or bodies, physical, emotional or mental.

Some of the First Ray Masters are, El Morya, Melchizedek, St John the Baptist, Metatron, Krishna, Mahakala, Osiris, Thomas Merton and Moses (Lord Ling).

The Elohim of this ray are Hercules and Amazonia. The Archangels of this ray are Michael and Faith.

The Ascension of Mother Mary, Ascended Master

Mother Mary was already an Ascended Master at the time of her life with Jesus - as was St John, the Baptist. She feels it is very important we realise what her Ascension experience was like into mastery.

In the life she made her ascension, she was a woman living a nomadic desert life with her tribe in the Middle Eastern area. Remember this was more than 2000 years ago, prior to her life with Jesus. Still she was dressed in a mid blue and there were tiny silver ornaments dangling from her veil. Her eyes were black and piercing. They looked wild and a little crazy. I was surprised by her eyes. She said, "Like Kuthumi, I had to go out of my mind, to come into my heart."

She related how her father tried several times to marry her off, but on seeing her eyes the prospective bridegrooms departed rather quickly. After the last failed attempt to find her a husband, she left her family and tribe and wandered through the desert, slowly leaving the mind behind, becoming more heart centred.

After a long period she remembered an area with steep cliffs that contained caves. She remained in the caves till her ascension as an old lady. Through her life time, word got out there was a holy woman living in the caves and seekers on the path would seek her out for tuition and guidance. At the end she had a small group of followers who lived in the caves with her, but much of her life was lived in solitude and prayer, becoming so heart centred she took the entire world into her heart to love as the Mother.

Mother Mary is a third ray Ascended Master - the pink ray of unconditional love. Her aura is soft pink with a border of mid blue, and then the band of white around the blue. All Ascended Masters have a band of white at the edge of their aura. The size of the white band depends on their level of Ascension - the higher they ascended the thinner the band of white. Mother Mary's is quite wide about 5cm.

Her energy was very different to the energy of the Mother Mary we know today. Most of you will agree she has very soft, gentle, non intrusive energy. Yet in her Ascension life her energy was one of great inner strength and fortitude, qualities she took forward into her life with Master Jesus.

Ascended Master Melchizedek

There is much written about the Melchizedek order, but not much about the Ascended Master himself. The order existed long before Melchizedek took his last ascension having its origins far back in time and space, but he is known as the High Priest of the order. Master Melchizedek took his Ascension several thousand years ago when he was the king of Salem and High Priest of the order.

He is a first ray Master, yet the priesthood of Melchizedek is a seventh ray order - don't assume because the order is on the seventh ray that automatically so is Melchizedek, and its members. He is a first ray Master. The Blue first ray is the ray of Gods Will and Power. His aura has a dark blue centre leading to a mid range blue and then white. If he appears to you in meditation, generally he appears as an old man with flowing thin white hair and beard, always wearing white, showing much of his white aura. He is very serious. But then most first ray souls are. But there is great love for all within him. Despite the serious nature there is also a dry sense of humour that makes him a little more real and less elevated.

He is a previous Chohan of the first ray, and still has many chelas (students) many of whom have had previous lives in the Melchizedek order. His service to them keeps him close to this dimension. It is said that once a Melchizedek priest then always a Melchizedek priest. The initiations are retained through successive lifetimes. Hence Melchizedek's continued service to those who have been in the order. Jesus and St Germain are both Melchizedek priests.

He is also the Master of colour. Colour is vibration. Ascension is the raising of our vibrations and therefore our consciousness. He is a Master of the raising of consciousness through colour. It is an interesting field of study.

His symbol is the Maltese cross. The cross represents the 4 planes of matter and the mastery over all of them. Like all Ascended Masters, he has mastered the planes of matter, and now teaches this mastery to his chelas.

If he is your teacher then be assured you are in the Melchizedek order, and most likely have this life as a first ray soul.

The Rays and their colors, as taught by the Ascended Masters

There are many sources about what the Rays mean, what their colors are and who the Masters with each ray are. Several of these sources are highly regarded and yet are contradictory – which makes it hard for both the beginner and advanced student to decipher.

When I first began to work with the Masters I found this contradictory knowledge disheartening. So I decided to go to the source and ask the Masters themselves. With a friend, I asked the Masters to teach us about the Rays, their colors and the Chohans. So over 7 nights, the Masters manifested the colors of the rays, the Chohan of each ray and the attributes of the ray. We also learned the Chohan of a ray may also be aligned energetically to another ray as well, as part of ascension is to become master over all the rays.

Here below is what we were taught and what I now hold as a truth.

St John The Baptist, Ascended Master

St John, the Baptist is best known for his life as the cousin of Jesus. Yet it is not common knowledge, that in that embodiment he was already an Ascended Master.

St John made his ascension during his life time as Elijah. Jesus himself identified St John as Elijah returned. There is a great bond between these two Masters. Jesus in a previous life was Elijah's disciple Elisha. It was Elisha who witnessed Elijah's ascension. Theirs was initially the bond of Guru and disciple (chela), a bond of devotion and love. So it is no surprise to see Elijah return as St John, to path the way for Jesus and his mission.

St John, the Baptist is a first ray soul. The first ray is the blue ray. It is the ray of God's Will and God's power. No Master ascends and then sits back to rest, ascension is an ongoing process and the journey back to the source is long. And so, Ascended Master St John, the Baptist continues to serve and work with humanity. He is working to assist us in our ascension via the practices of balance and meditation. He is here to help us align our divine mind, sacred heart and soul - for it is aligning these three that we begin our proper journey into ascension. And it is only through this alignment can we go deep into meditation.

Ascended Master St John, the Baptist has an aura of white at the center radiating out to a soft blue. His energy is very strong and balanced.

He is working at this time with the Cosmic Master and goddess Ma'at. Remember the story; the ancient Egyptians believed at death to pass onto eternal life, a person's heart was to be weighed against Ma'at's feather. She too brings to the world the energy of balance. St John assists us to bring balance to all aspects of our lives, our bodies (physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual) and our chakras.

He is also working with the Cosmic Master Metatron.

His unconditional love goes out to all humanity. He ask us to open our hearts to him, for in the opening of our hearts the Masters can come in closer and help to a greater degree. "Love all, with no exceptions. Unconditional love cannot occur in someone who has judgement in any form, for they are mutually exclusive. Therefore, judge not. My Love goes to all."
