In continuation of my previous blog, in which the Ascended Masters outlined personal limitations to our work as healers, I’ll now be looking at how the Ascended Masters can assist us in our personal healing and in the healing of others.
Many of us call upon the Masters to help us in our healing regime. We know they are present by our ability to hear, see or feel their presence. They are not so much in our 3d reality, but rather sending their vibrations to us. What many of us aren’t aware of is the limitations placed on the Ascended Masters as they send their healing assistance to us. They are limited in one instance by place; to get their healing energy to us they must cross the veil between the two dimensions or planes of reality. This requires effort on their part and limits their degree of assistance. To assist us more 22 Ascended Masters painted through me, Verna Maruata , their personal portals so as to cross the veil – in effect they each created a permanently open doorway for them to send their energy through 24/7. This allows the Masters to help humanity in ways and to a level they could not previously achieve without manifesting a body. These painted portals are now available as prints and cards for you to use.
To have a print of the Ascended Masters portal on the wall is to have the Masters energy flowing into your environment 24/7. Living in this higher vibration assists in the raising of your own vibration and therefore your consciousness. These are great for healers to have in their healing room, to raise the vibration of the room and to have the Masters closer for the healing. It is also wonderful to have a Masters portal card placed directly onto the chakras. Some healers use 7 Masters Cards on the 7 chakras to create a full chakra healing. Feedback is always enthusiastic. This is something the individual can do for themselves and the healer for clients.
Since the creation of the individual portal paintings the Ascended Masters have used these portals to create a single large portal purely for their own use here in New Zealand. This portal is being utilised by the Archangels, Elohim, Devas and the cosmic Masters. In this vast portal the Ascended Masters have gone onto make Ascension Flame oils and Perfected chakra oils. AAll created to help humanity in their ascension process.
They are also are making individual crystal portals for those who want to work with Archangels, Elohim or the cosmic Masters. This is another tool for dedicated healers to use and for those serious about ascension and service to humanity.
Ascension and its relationship to healing has been coming into my awareness of late. As some of you know, I have a double crown chakra, one utilised by me the other by the Ascended and Cosmic Masters – also I am a Clear Channel – not one iota of my energy enters the channel experience. Often clarification on some point will drop into my awareness - enough to make me look further.
I was asked a question about Healers and discernment about them... and this is what came through…
Everyone has the ability to self heal, if they choose; everyone can extend this healing vibration to others, if they choose. All energetic healing comes from the ability to connect to the God source and to bring that energy into the chakras and bodies for the purpose of healing.
If you choose to extend this God energy to others, then you will be bound by your limitations which are twofold – reception and transfer. Once connected to the God Source, the energy flowing into the healer is limited by the clarity of their channels – if they are a clear channel then the energy received is pure and at full strength, but for the most part the flow is limited in purity and strength by the healers connection with the God source.
Another limitation of reception is the healers own level of Ascension. A person cannot heal beyond their own level of Ascension. We cannot take into ourselves a vibration higher than we have attained. Therefore there is the limitation of reception, both due to connection and ascension.
Once the connection to the source is made, then there is the limitation of transfer. A healer cannot transfer a vibration higher than they have ascended to. Therefore the healer is limited by their own ascension or rather their vibratory rate. Also there are the vessel limitations of the Healers themselves – what are their pranic channels like? What state are their chakras? – The clearer a vessel the Healers has, then the greater their ability to be open to channel the pure God source energy straight to the client.
So If I’m looking for a healer, other than myself, because I believe we all are our own healer, I’m looking for someone who takes time to still their mind, who radiates from the heart, one who seeks inner peace, one who talks about ascension – for then I know they are actively working on themselves to be all they can be as a healer and as a student on the path. Also I am aware that knowledge has nothing to do with a person’s vibratory rate, or level of Ascension, therefore I actively ignore knowledge as a criteria for choosing a healer. I know there are those who have ascended to a higher vibratory level than me and it is to those I would look for healing.
Note: Ascension is the raising of our vibration and therefore our consciousness.

Twin Flames are two halves of a single unit. We all have a Twin Flame.
God created us with the purpose that we would move away from the point of creation, to learn and grow and evolve into our divinity, returning to our point of origin as perfected Beings. At this initial point of creation each single consciousness (Monad) contains the seeds of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Masculine, Alpha and Omega, Yin and Yang, opposite poles of the one reality. At the initial descent into third dimensional reality these two aspects of the one were divided and the Twin Flames were created. One the Alpha flame the other the Omega flame. Both Flames incarnate to lead separated lives, always aware, on some level, of a loss of an aspect of themselves.
Twin Flames don't normally incarnate together except for a higher purpose. At this time, many evolved Twin Flames are incarnating to assist in the raising of consciousness, of humanity. Usually when one Flame incarnates the other is out of form, preferring to energetically support their incarnating twin.
When Twin Flames do incarnate together the coming together is often chaotic and stressful, physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Their relationship is very intense. The romantic loving version we all think of is really for Twin Souls. Twin flames come together as two mirrors. They are there to reflect back each other's imperfections, for the ultimate goal of the Twin flames is total union once more. To achieve this, total balance is needed by both of them on all levels. It is found that those areas, in which they both have harmony, are the areas they no longer need to work on.
Twin flames also have many differences, these may be age, geographic locations, morals, beliefs, race, income brackets and sex, though same sex is possible in certain incarnations, remembering they incarnate specifically to be the facilitator of the others growth and ascension. And yet the bond is such that being together is like coming home. The attraction is strong on every level, and spiritually they know they are one. This knowingness helps them over many of the hurdles, mostly created by pre-conditioning and beliefs.
As the Twins become more into balance and their service here on the planet becomes more into their awareness they spiritually grow at a faster rate than when they were apart. They find their spiritual gifts are fine tuned. Each often possessing a gift the other doesn't. They are sensitive to each other's energy flows and stresses. Being apart is like functioning at a reduced level. Together, they become balanced and more of who they are just by being in each other's energy, you will often hear Twin Flames are never apart.
As they become more of a single working unit their Monad (also known as the spark of God, Christ Light, I am presence) begins to entwine and rejoin, two flames becoming one. The re-union of the flames creates the deepest of connections for these two people. And it is this connection which makes them wonderful vessels for service to humanity and to Gods Will.
For the last seven Full Moons I have traveled to the Ascended Masters portal here in New Zealand to witness the Ascended Masters, Cosmic Beings, Angels and Devas bring into manifestation one of the Ascension Flames each month in the form of an Ascension Flame oil. It has been a unique and wonderful experience for which I am grateful to have been part of.
At the December Full Moon, the Ruby Flame was bought into manifestation as an ascension oil. The Ruby Flame is the 6th Flame in the series and is also the flame of the 6th ray.The Ruby Flame is the goddess flame. It is the flame for Service, Compassion and Devotion. The colors of the 6th ray are ruby, gold and purple.
At the December New Moon, Pallas Athena and Isis stepped forward to watch over the emerging Ruby Flame. They were supported by a trio of angels and an angelic Choir Master. From the New Moon a great cosmic feminine Being began approaching the Ascended Masters portal, timing her emergence in the portal just prior to the full moon.
About 4 hours before full moon a huge multidimensional crowd started to gather to bear witness to the manifestation of the flame. It was rather like a crowd at an outdoor concert, noisy and active. The moment of Full Moon arrived, the manifestation was complete – and in that moment the crowd disappeared. I asked why the crowd? When such numbers had not been present before.
These are the new days of the Goddess, of the Feminine energy. Her time has come – the time of the Ruby Flame is now. It was to honour this event, that all the Beings were present. In the present time greatness is also attributed to what is seen and heard – the bigger and louder the production the greater degree of recognition. The arrival of the Goddess energy has been noted now on many levels, old energies are fading out of manifestation in recognition of her place and time.
In contrast, this last full moon was completely different. The Yellow Flame came into creation, supported by Amaterasu, Japanese goddess of the Sun, The Archangels of the second ray, Jophiel and Christine, and by two vast Cosmic Beings of the Yellow Flame. These were the only 5 present.
And yet it was a Sacred and Holy energy. I was in awe of the energy present in this quiet simplicity, and acutely aware of the difference between this and the huge numbers present for the Ruby Flame. This was the explanation I received for the difference.
Energetic numbers create notice. The Ruby Flame is the Flame of the 6th Ray – it is here for Service, Compassion and Devotion. This is the energy it will bring to humanity. And yet it is this flame which is the foundation for the seventh Flame, the Yellow Flame – the Flame of Humility and Wisdom. It is only through service, compassion and devotion that humanity will learn Humility and Wisdom. Humanity must experience and become the Ruby Flame to graduate to the Yellow Flame.
If you haven’t started to use the Ascension Flame oils – I strongly recommend it. The Ascended Masters are helping us in our Ascension process – these Ascension Flame oils truly are a gift from the Ascended Masters, Cosmic Masters, Gods and Goddesses.
More and more people are seeing the Ascended Masters – not as who they were in their last life but by their aura colours.
Just like us, the Ascended Masters colours change all the time – and also like us, they have a soul or monadic colour which identifies them above all changes. Below is a list of the aura colours the Masters present themselves as most often, so you will know them when you see them.

Dom Ignacio – soft pink
El Morya - mostly hyacinth blue with some darker Prussian blue
Hilarion – Forest Green
Isis – she has a border of purple with a jagged edge that leads into a red centre
Jesus – mid yellow and mid blue
Kuthumi – his colours are 3 tiered, soft lemon at the top, clear in the centre and dark blue at the bottom
Kwan Yin – Magenta with a little mid pink
Lady Nada – white (may have lavender tint to it) and gold
Lao Tze – yellow shards
Lord Lanto – his energy is egg shaped – the centre is white and he radiates out from soft yellow to mid yellow
Maha Chohan – metallic gold and silver
Mary Magdalene – mid strong pink with some magenta
Melchizedek – dark blue (2 types) and white
Mother Mary – she has a soft pink energy with a border of mid blue
Pallas Athena – her aura rises from a very dark purple to purple and then onto gold. Some may see an unworldly green line in the centre
Paul the Venetian – bronze/maroon with white (may be some yellow)
Ra mun – Violet through to purple
Sanat Kumara – clear like ice with all colours flashing through
Serapis Bey – his energy spirals – with entwining gold and white. As a side note, I know when he is around because my body takes on double breathing, I energetically feel a second breath.
St Germain - Violet down to maroon
St John, the Baptist – his energy has a white centre with a soft blue rim
White Tara – a fan of rainbow colours left to right

A new crystal portal came into creation yesterday – It was for Amaryllis, the Goddess of Spring. I painted her a few months ago – and her energy was so distant – it was like she was returning home from the edge of the universe. And yesterday her energy was powerful and strong – she had arrived! Her crystal portal is so strong I can’t hold it for more than a few seconds. Her energy is golden apricot as she explodes up and out of her portal.
And for us in the southern hemisphere that seems perfect as spring arrives. But that is a minor aspect of our recognition of her – she is here to help us with new beginnings. And these are new times. Old systems are falling away to make way for the new realities we are forming. Amaryllis' portal fills me with strength and optimism. I can feel her lovely energy firing my cells.

The Ascended Masters are crossing the veil. There was a time only a few could connect with the Masters – and now the Masters are saying we are here for ALL. Not just the chosen few.
They make themselves and their vibration accessible by making physical portals available to all. The cards and prints are portals for the Masters energy. Place an Ascended Masters card on a chakra and the Masters energy has crossed the veil and is flowing directly into you. You are having an Ascended Master healing.
When placing a card of The White Tara on my core star – I experienced my Corestar pulsing with white cold heat. Many of you will know exactly what I mean. It’s the feeling of freezing heat when the kundalini rises of its own accord. My understanding is this happens when all within that particular energy pathway is clear and balanced. This cold heat used to appear, after long intense sessions of Kriya Yoga – White Tara helped facilitate this clearing in minutes.
The Masters are here to help us with our ascension process – and what is ascension but the raising of our vibration. And this is done by clearing… the clearing of dross, the clearing of karma.
